We offer camps for most days that Hart County Schools are out. Registration is available online only for all participants. You may come to the Y for registration assistance

- Policies in our Pryme Tyme Parent Handbook apply to all School's Out Camp dates.
- A non-refundable $10 deposit for each instance is due at the time of registration.
- You will drafted the remainder of your balance on the due dates found in our Parent Handbook.
- If you withdraw prior to each instances' draft date, you will not be charged any additional fees.
- If you withdraw after the draft has ran, you will not be refunded or credited.

- You must provide certificates with Bell Family YMCA as the provider
- If no certificates are provided or on file with us, you are responsible for the fees stated below
Rates:
- Single daily rate: Member $30 Non-member $35
- Weekly rate: Members $125 Non-member $150
- Weekly Rate will be the only rate offered for Fall, Winter, and Spring Breaks

Hours of Operation:
School's Out Camp operates between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm.
Lunch & Snacks
- Campers will be provided a healthy meal and an afternoon snack
- Campers may bring their lunches but for the safety of our campers with allergies, please do not send any items that contain peanuts.
- Lunch brought from home can not be refigerated or microwaved.
- Children need to eat breakfast prior to camp arrival.
What to bring to camp:
- A refillable water bottle.
- Change of clothes if needed
- Lunch
- Book bag
- All Items need to be labeled
